Ruben S. Saldana has fourteen years (14) experience in steel industries, he has a Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineer and a Masters Degree in Construction Administrator. All his studies were obtained in Mexico.

Ruben Saldana started as steel detailer (old school- by hand), after one year and half he was promoted as a steel checker and then as job leader, all this process took 4 years. He way offered new challenge, open a estimating department, as he started his career as estimator in steel business, working on industrial, chemical, commercial and private steel projects.

After three and half years, Ruben made a change in career when he started working for Modern Machine Shop, Inc. as Project Manager (2005-present) under the supervision of Mr. Daniel Garcia (President). During all this time Ruben Saldana is handling or managing multiple structural projects.
